What does a Nurse (Registered) do?

Registered nurse assess, plan, provide and evaluate preventative, curative and rehabilitative care for patients, clients and residents in a wide variety of settings. The job duties of a nurse include provide physical and technical nursing care and support for patients; provide emotional and psychological support and health information to patients and their families; or supervise or carry out nursing care of patients.

Nurses may specialise in clinical, community health, mental health, research, education etc.

How to become a Nurse (Registered)?
